HI BOND AA
Series comprises anaerobic powerful adhesive and sealant developed on
JAPANESE technology . It is distinguished from ordinary adhesives and
sealant by the fact that they fail to set so long as they are in contact
with the air . It hardens at the room temperature without constriction .
Hardened adhesives is characterised by excellent binding of screws and
joints in the machine equipments and is effective preventing loosening
and leakage Owing to the single fluid , solventless constitution , they
have good work ability and can be handled easily by anybody

| HOW TO SELECT HI-BOND
ANAEROBIC ADHESIVE AA SERIES |
1. Select a proper grade for
your specific application , First determine the locking shear strength
or torque strength required . Next select the viscosity in general , use
high shear strength, high viscosity type of Hi-bond coarse ,
large theads and parts . Use lower strength, lower viscosity Hi-bond for
fine small threads, parts and adjustment screws .
2. For the best results , degrease the parts before the application with
proper solvent such as trichloro ethylene |
| FOR THREAD LOCKING |
| apply Hi-Bond thread
locker to the threaded part . The full engagement area should be covered
by Hi-Bond |
| FOR RETAINING |
| Apply Hi-Bond retaining
adhesives to both surfaces sufficient to cover the entire retaining area
. Assemble the part with a rotation to spread retaining compound |
| FOR THREAD SEALING |
| Apply Hi-Bond on
threads to cover engagement area . In case of pipe thread sealing if
pipe diameter is more than 2 inches , apply sealant to both male and
female threaded parts . Curing of adhesive immediately after assembly
and the assembled parts should not be disturbed by moving or loading the
parts until the recommended curing time is over . Any
surplus Hi-Bond adhesive will not cure and can be wiped off |

CYANOACRYLATE INSTANT ADHESIVE |
| Hi Bond CA -111
consists of cyanoacrylate based instant high strength adhesive of
solventless single fluid type Strong adhesion can be obtained instantaneously
by simply spreading the fluid over the surface of one of the objects to
be bonded & sticking them together while pressing with finger tips
Cyanoacrylate momoner polymerizes in few seconds or minutes into harden
substance under the catalysis by a very small quantity of moisture at
the surface so as to bond the objects firmly . |
